ARTISTRY

Looking back over almost a year of expert advice from Michelle D'Allaird!

We've enjoyed almost a full year of “Amagram time”, so let's take this opportunity to review what's been covered and how we can use this knowledge to build business success!

As I first explained, the human body's largest organ is comprised of two layers, each made up of individual layers that carry out very important functions. The lower layer, the dermis, has collagen and elastin fibres to provide strength and pliability, and blood vessels and capillaries to provide nourishment. The upper layer, the epidermis, has five layers of cells that provide our skin with colour, texture, hydration and protection.

The condition of the skin is influenced by both internal (intrinsic) factors such as medical conditions, medications, natural ageing and genetics, and external (extrinsic) factors such as UV exposure, pollution, smoking, climate and using products improperly. Influenced by our genetic makeup, we have very little influence over intrinsic ageing. However, the factors influencing extrinsic ageing – the environment, pollution, UV light, stress, lifestyle, habits and the way we care for our skin – are ALL factors we can control! The key to preventing extrinsic ageing is to avoid as many of these factors as possible. To minimise intrinsic ageing, ARTISTRY™ offers products with technologically advanced skincare ingredients; namely, the Cardiolipin used in Creme LuXury products!

Despite all the high-quality products and ingredients ARTISTRY offers, I decided to address two particularly important issues: SPF and eye care. Sunscreen is the number one preventative measure you can take to slow down the skin's ageing process. No matter what type of skin you have, it is extremely important to use SPF products every day and all yearlong. Not only will they protect your skin from UV damage, they also provide protection from other types of free radical damage. The skin around the eye is the thinnest, most delicate skin on our bodies and is the first to show signs of ageing. No matter how old you are, it is important to use products formulated especially for this extremely delicate area.

And lastly, I stressed the importance of changing skincare products with the seasons to meet skin's changing needs.

The information we’ve covered can be summed up in a few short words: ARTISTRY is the answer! ARTISTRY Skincare was designed to slow down the ageing process (intrinsic and extrinsic), protect the skin, care for the delicate eye area, adapt to seasonal changes and promote beautiful and more youthful-looking skin!

Be confident. With the information you've learned about the skin and ARTISTRY Skincare, you have really great arguments to make a sale!
