Ingredients:
1 apple (medium)
1 carrot (medium)
1 kiwi fruit (medium)
½ tbsp chia seeds
100 ml water
OPTIONAL: 1 sachet NUTRILITE Fibre Powder
Preparation method:
Cover the chia seeds with water and allow them to swell. Drain before using.
Peel the kiwi fruit and carrot and wash the apple. Cut into small pieces.
Add fruit and vegetables, chia seeds, water and NUTRILITE Fibre Powder into your iCook blender and blend until smooth.

150 ml soy milk
50 g oat flakes
10 dried apricots
10 prunes

Preparation method:
Remove the stones from the dried fruit and wash thoroughly.
