What you need:
1/6 of a pineapple
1 cucumber
1 kiwi
lemon juice (you choose how much)
3 sprigs of tarragon

What to do:
Prepare and chop the produce and place in the blender cup
Add lemon juice and the tarragon without stalks
Blend everything until smooth
Notes on nutrition:
This refreshing smoothie is packed with vitamin C and is low in calories.
What you need:
20 g parmesan
1 tablespoon cedar nuts
1 clove garlic
1 bunch basil
1 pinch sea salt
250 ml olive oil

What to do:
Cut basil and put it into the blender cup, then add other items and part of olive oil
Blend everything and add the rest of olive oil, then blend again
Serve with pasta, soups or crackers

What you need:
150 ml coffee with milk
200 g full-cream ice cream
1 tablespoon honey
optional: add a scoop of NUTRILITE All Plant Protein Powder or a sachet of NUTRILITE Fibre Powder to add a nutritional kick to this indulgent dessert.
What to do:
Make coffee with milk and cool it down in the fridge
Remove from fridge and blend with honey
Only after this, add full-cream ice cream, blend again and pour the mixture into glasses
