Start by taking the stairs instead of the lift, or walking to your next appointment instead of driving.

3) Enough sleep

A good night’s sleep is invaluable: it makes us feel better and benefits the heart, weight and general attitude to life. So try to adopt healthy sleeping habits: go to bed at a sensible time, and try to make it more or less the same time every night. Try to get up at the same time every day – even at the weekend!

4) Positive attitude

Having the right mentality is the key to achieving your goals for your optimal wellbeing. Stay positive. Tackle issues as and when they arise, and don't forget to ask for help if you need it. Try to practise healthy techniques that help you to relax and reduce stress.
