Mouth-watering drinks for summer

Although the bodykey by NUTRILITE shakes and herbal tea are delicious on their own, they are extremely versatile and can be mixed with a whole array of ingredients to make your own perfect summer beverage. Try these or use them for inspiration for your own creations to enjoy and share with others!

Lime iced tea with bodykey

Prepare a jug of bodykey Herbal Tea with boiling water on four tea bags – let the delicious flavours seep out. Infuse for 30 minutes then remove the teabags. Stir in the juice from three limes and a little sugar, honey or sweetener. Allow the tea to cool. Refrigerate until well chilled and serve with slices of lime.

Multi-berry soy shake

Mix up the bodykey Vanilla Shake with soy milk. Liquidise several handfuls of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries together in a blender until they reach a syrupy consistency. Pour into the shake, stir well. Top off with a couple of fresh raspberries and start sipping!

Cherry chocolate chia smoothie

Combine the right serving amount of bodykey Chocolate Shake with around 350 ml of low-fat milk, soy milk or almond milk, 150 g of fresh or frozen cherries and a tablespoon of chia seeds in a blender. Mix to a smooth consistency for a filling and nourishing summer drink.
