Summer Smoothie


By freezing mangos when they are in season, you can enjoy the feeling of summer all year round. Alternatively, you can swap out the mango with your favourite fruit, for example, grapes, kiwi fruit or strawberries. This smoothie is packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, calcium, and dietary fibre from three plant sources.


  1. 220 ml soy milk

  2. 100 g mango - or frozen mango cubes

  3. 1 scoop NUTRILITE™ Fibre Powder

  4. 80 g raspberries

Preparation method:

  1. Chop mango into cubes

  2. Place fruit, soy milk and and NUTRILITE Fibre Powder into your iCook™ Blender cup

  3. Blend until smooth and serve
