Almond Energiser

Don’t let the creamy, sweet flavour fool you – this smoothie provides plenty of nutrients and helps prevent snacking.

Ingredients:

  1. 300 ml almond milk

  2. 100 g plums, chopped

  3. 2 pinches of cinnamon

  4. 10 g NUTRILITE All Plant Protein Powder

  5. 2 dates, seedless (Optional)

Preparation method:

  1. Place all ingredients and NUTRILITE All Plant Protein Powder into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.
