Fruity Elixir

Don’t let the tantalising colours of this smoothie bowl fool you: it is full of natural ingredients rich in vitamin C, folate, protein, fibre, potassium and more. Fuel your body with less fat and more of the good stuff!

iCook products used:

  1. Wooden Cutting Board

  2. 5-Piece Knife Set

Ingredients:

  1. 2 frozen bananas, peeled and sliced

  2. ½ fresh mango, sliced

  3. 125 mL non-fat Greek yoghurt

  4. 1 spoon (10 g) Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder

  5. 75 g frozen strawberries

  6. 2 fresh strawberries, sliced, for serving (optional)

  7. 2 slices of mango, for serving (optional)

Preparation method:

  1. Place the frozen bananas, fresh mango, Greek yoghurt and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer half the mixture into one side of a bowl, and then add the frozen strawberries to the remaining mixture. Blend until pink and smooth.

  3. Add the strawberry mixture to the bowl containing the original mixture so they’re side-by-side, or gently swirl them together with a fork. Top with optional fresh strawberries and mango slices.
