Start your day with an energy kick full of vitamins and anti-inflammatory properties with these delicious overnight oats. You’ll thank yourself for preparing them the night before!

iCook products used:

  1. Wooden Cutting Board

  2. 5-Piece Knife Set

Ingredients:

  1. ½ apple, sliced

  2. 75 g steel-cut oats

  3. 185 ml almond milk

  4. 1 g ground cardamom

  5. 1 sachet Nutrilite™ Fibre Powder

  6. Apple slices for serving (optional)

Preparation Method:

  1. Place the apple slices, oats, almond milk, cardamom and Fibre Powder in a blender and blend until well mixed but still chunky.

  2. Place in a jar or glass and cool overnight. Top with optional apple slices when serving.
