This cacao-based smoothie contains plenty of potassium, protein and flavonoids, which can help reduce inflammation. And, with its chocolaty, creamy flavour, kids will love it too!

iCook products used:

  1. Wooden Cutting Board

  2. 5-Piece Knife Set


  1. 2 frozen bananas, sliced

  2. 7 g cacao powder

  3. 8 g almond butter

  4. 250 mL almond milk

  5. 1 date (optional)

  6. 1 spoon (10 g) Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder

  7. Fresh banana slices, cacao nibs and almond butter for serving (optional)

Preparation Method:

  1. Place the frozen bananas, cacao powder, almond butter, almond milk, optional date and All Plant Protein Powder in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl and top with optional fresh banana, cacao nibs and a dollop of almond butter.
