Ingredients:
200g mixed nuts
1 banana, sliced
100g blueberries
400g yoghurt
1 stick pack each of Nutrilite Balance Within and Nutrilite Fibre Powder
Preparation method:
Mix the yoghurt with 1 stick pack each of Nutrilite Balance Within and Nutrilite Fibre Powder.
Transfer into a bowl and decorate with banana slices, blueberries and nut mix.
Add some honey to sweeten
