Colourful Smoothie Bowl

If you’re looking for a colourful and healthy breakfast fruit ice bowl that your kids will love, this is the recipe for you

iCook products used:

  1. 5-Piece Knife Set

Ingredients:

  1. 1 banana, cut into 5 pieces, frozen

  2. 50g blueberries, fresh or frozen

  3. 50g raspberries, fresh or frozen

  4. ¼ mango, fresh or frozen

  5. 30ml plant-based milk

  6. 1 stick-pack of Nutrilite™ Kids Immunity Support Plus

Preparation Method:

  1. Put the frozen banana pieces and plant milk into blender and blend.

  2. Then add the Nutrilite™ Kids Immunity Support Plus. Once soft and creamy, remove half of the mixture and set aside.

  3. For the yellow colour, add the mango chunks to the banana mix that is left in blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Take it out of the blender and then add the other half of the banana mixture and blueberries for the purple colour. Blend the mixture until smooth.

  5. In a bowl, add the 2 different mixtures next to each other in stripes and decorate with fruits. Enjoy immediately, before it starts to melt.
