Carrot and lentil spread


Use this flavourful, savoury spread as a dip for crudité or on toasted bread. High in protein and full of vitamins, this spread is perfect for a healthy snack or as an addition to a party

iCook products used:

  1. Stainless steel cookware

  2. 5-piece knife set

  3. Cutting board


  1. 150g red lentils

  2. 150g chopped carrots

  3. 2 tbsp miso paste

  4. 3 tbsp olive oil

  5. 2 scoops (1 scoop = 10g) of Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder

  6. Optional: 2 sprigs of roughly chopped coriander

Preparation method:

  1. Place the carrots and lentils in a pot and cover with water. Boil until they are soft. Drain excess water.

  2. Combine all ingredients except the coriander into a food processor and blitz until it forms a chunky paste.

  3. Fold in the coriander and Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.


Before cooking your lentils, sift through them (dry) with your hand. Lentil bags can often contain small pebbles, which could damage your food processor during the blending process.
