Ingredients:
150 g roasted or cooked beetroot
150 g cooked chickpeas
90 g runny tahini
90 ml olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2 scoops (1 scoop = 10g) of Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder
Optional: 1 clove of chopped garlic
Preparation method:
Put all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth.
Add the Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder and season to taste with salt and pepper.
