Beetroot and chickpea savoury spread

This full-flavoured savoury spread can be used as a dip or spread in wraps. It’s high in protein and B vitamins to give you energy all day long.

iCook products used:

  1. 5-piece knife set

  2. Cutting board

Ingredients:

  1. 150 g roasted or cooked beetroot

  2. 150 g cooked chickpeas

  3. 90 g runny tahini

  4. 90 ml olive oil

  5. 2 tsp lemon juice

  6. 2 scoops (1 scoop = 10g) of Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder

  7. Optional: 1 clove of chopped garlic

Preparation method:

  1. Put all ingredients into blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Add the Nutrilite™ All Plant Protein Powder and season to taste with salt and pepper.
